Everybody knows in Chicago, you gotta watch your ass. When we pull you over, we’re gonna say just about anything so we can write the ticket or get the arrest.

That’s how we roll around here, and it really adds up over time. Sometimes one cop will lie about hundreds and hundreds of DUI arrests and even win an honor from the State of Illinois for bein’ the cop with the most DUI busts.
